A-square is an AI-native brand positioning service. It finds the one message a B2B technology brand should own (its brand narrative), locks a baseline, measures weekly whether buyers and AI assistants remember that message with Memory Score (0-100) shown next to CAC, and executes across the GTM stack with senior experts.

## Who it is for
B2B technology companies, roughly $1M to $50M ARR. Founders, CEOs, CMOs and VPs of Marketing who own a CAC number and fund a GEO/AEO line, a positioning project or an agency retainer.

## How it works (6 steps)
1. We create your engagement (A-square): One engagement is one brand.
2. You fill in one intake form (You): About twenty minutes. Type or speak. Upload decks and documents, connect Google and HubSpot with a read-only pop-up.
3. We clean the submission (Expert): The analysis reads the cleaned copy.
4. Positioning runs, five stages (Expert): Each stage is reviewed and corrected by an expert before the next one runs.
5. Lock-in (Expert): The recommendation becomes the baseline that Memory Score measures against.
6. You read the dashboard (You): Memory Score next to CAC, four signals, AI visibility, a to-do list, a site audit. Updated on every refresh.

## Memory Score (4 signals, 25 points each)
- Signal consistency: Signal consistency is the share of everything the brand publishes that carries its brand narrative, penalized for running several competing messages at once.
- Signal reach: Signal reach is the growth in impressions, opens and returning visitors on on-message content, against the previous period.
- AI visibility: AI visibility is whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other leading LLMs name the brand, how high, and with the right narrative, when asked category questions with no brand name in them, with and without web search.
- Signal performance: Signal performance is the growth in direct visits and branded searches, against the previous period.

## Engagement
Positioning Sprint: 1-2 months. GTM Partnership: 12 months. Every engagement opens the same way: Weeks 1-4: AI hunts the signal (AI); Weeks 5-8: Experts lock it (Human). Then GTM execution, with Memory Score read weekly and the signal refreshed quarterly.
