Memory Score
Know if your message is remembered
Memory Score is our measure, from 0 to 100, of how well buyers and AI assistants remember the message you locked in Positioning. An expert reads it every week, next to a priority financial metric like customer acquisition cost (CAC).

Four signals
What are the four signals?
Each is worth 25 points. Together they make the score out of 100.
S1 · 25 points
Signal consistency
How much of what you publish carries your brand narrative.
S2 · 25 points
Signal reach
Whether on-message posts and pages are seen more, and revisited.
S3 · 25 points
AI visibility
Whether AI tools like ChatGPT name you, how high, with the right story.
S4 · 25 points
Signal performance
Whether direct visits and searches for your brand name are growing.
How each signal works
S1Signal consistency
We sort everything you publish by the message it carries. We watch every channel for posts that drift off-message, and help you pull them back.
In your dashboard
- Share of posts and pages on your narrative
- Every drift cluster, named by topic
- The posts that pulled you off-message
S2Signal reach
We measure how far your on-message content travels and how fast that grows, across LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media, email and ads.
In your dashboard
- Views on on-message vs off-message content
- Breakdown of signal growth across different channels
- Trends by week, month or quarter
S3AI visibility
We ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other top AI tools the questions your buyers ask. We track whether you're named, where you rank, and how each one describes you.
In your dashboard
- Mention rate across leading LLMs
- Your average position vs competitors
- Your brand narrative in each model
- Your rank with and without web search
S4Signal performance
We track if people remember you and come back on their own, without being pushed.
In your dashboard
- Branded search volume
- Direct visits to your site
Recommendations
What moves Memory Score?
A recommendation engine reads the four signals and ranks what to do next. Each action belongs to one signal and is ranked High, Moderate or Low by how weak that signal is.
- High
Rewrite the homepage headline around the locked message
S1 - High
Publish the comparison pages AI assistants quote most
S3 - Moderate
Add FAQ markup to the pages that answer category questions
S3 - Low
Put the new story on the sales deck cover slide

FAQ
Does Memory Score predict CAC or other financial metrics?
No. It is shown next to a priority financial metric, like CAC, so you can see how the two move week by week. Prediction is not a claim we make today.
Which AI assistants are checked?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other leading LLMs, each asked the same category questions twice: once without letting them look anything up (training recall) and once with web search on.
Who owns the score and the outputs?
You do. The message, the recommendation card, the actions and every score are yours and remain so after the engagement ends.
How is this different from an SEO or GEO tool?
A tool reports whether you were mentioned. Memory Score also measures whether your own content carries one message, whether that content is being seen and revisited, and whether direct and branded demand is growing. And a senior expert reads it and decides what to change.
When do we get our first score, and how often is it updated?
Your baseline is set by the end of week eight, once Positioning has locked your brand narrative. From week nine an expert reads the score every week. The brand messaging it measures against is refreshed quarterly, in line with the updated AI models.
Can the score go down?
Yes. Off-message content, a drop in on-message reach, losing an AI mention, or falling branded search all cost points. That is the point of measuring weekly.
