About these terms
These terms apply to your use of lcasquare.com, which is run by A-square, a Delaware corporation (“A-square”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that company.
Using this website
You may browse this website and use its forms for their intended purpose. You may not copy or scrape its content for resale or to train AI models, try to break into or disrupt it, send malicious code, or pretend to be someone else in a form.
Please give accurate details when you contact us or apply as an expert. Sending a form doesn't create a contract or an engagement.
The A-square service
A-square is an AI-native brand positioning service. Each engagement runs under a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, fees, the share of the fee tied to agreed outcomes, the baseline and thresholds those outcomes are measured against, and how client data is handled. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Nothing on this website is an offer that can be accepted. Prices, timelines and outcomes described here are general and become binding only when they are written into an agreement.
AI-assisted work
Our analysis uses a domain-specific AI, and our experts review and decide on every finding before it reaches you. Even so, AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for what you publish and the business decisions you make with our work.
Client data and confidentiality
Clients own the data they share with us. We use it only to deliver their engagement, keep it confidential, and protect it as described in our Privacy policy and on the Security page. We don't use any individual client’s data to train models. We may use aggregated statistics that cannot identify a client, its customers or any person to improve our methods.
Connected accounts
When a client connects Google Analytics, Search Console or HubSpot, we use read-only access and only for the engagement. Those services are run by third parties under their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability or changes.
Intellectual property
The A-square name, the A² mark, Memory Score™, our platform, methods and the content of this website belong to A-square or its licensors. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit. Anything else needs our written permission.
Deliverables we produce for a client belong to that client as set out in its engagement agreement. A-square keeps its platform, tools and general know-how.
Content and statistics
Articles, comparisons and other content on this website are general information, not advice for your situation. Statistics are credited to their sources and reflect those sources on the date shown. Links to other websites are for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content.
Disclaimers
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, A-square isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to one hundred US dollars. Liability under an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement.
Indemnity
If you misuse this website or break these terms, you agree to cover A-square’s reasonable losses and costs arising from that misuse, including legal fees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both sides accept those courts’ jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and continued use of the website after that means you accept it.
