How we protect what you share
Every engagement involves sensitive material. Here are straight answers to what clients ask us most about their data.
Is our personal data sent to AI providers?
No. Emails, phone numbers and card numbers are stripped from text before anything is sent to an AI provider.
Do you train AI models on our data?
No. A-square does not train its models on any individual client's data.
Who at A-square can see our data?
Only invited team members who were granted access to your brand. Each brand is sealed off from every other brand, there is no public sign-up, and every access to client data, including file downloads, is logged.
Can we delete our data when the engagement ends?
Yes. An admin can delete your uploads and customer quotes while keeping the scores and themes, so the record of progress survives.
Is A-square SOC 2 certified?
Not yet. Certifications will be listed on this page once obtained. Until then, the controls on this page describe what the system does today.
